St. Thomas University is a small, primarily undergraduate university dedicated to excellence in liberal arts education. Their small size allows them to offer every student a big university experience full of opportunity. The Aboriginal Education Student Services initiative began in 2011 to provide services to Aboriginal students to improve access to post-secondary education, support academic success, assist First Nation students in developing valuable life-skills during their studies, and create opportunities for success after graduation. In addition to scholarships, the Harrison McCain Foundation has supported the St. Thomas University’s Aboriginal Student Services Initiative.
